A: We provide photography services for residential homes, commercial properties, rental listings, Airbnb properties, and luxury estates.

Q: How do I book a photoshoot?
A: You can book a session by contacting us through our website, email, or phone. We recommend scheduling at least a few days in advance to ensure availability.

Q: How long does a typical shoot take?
A: The duration varies based on the size of the property, but most shoots take between 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve the Roanoke/Martinsville area, but we can travel to surrounding locations for an additional fee.

Q: How long does it take to receive my photos?
A: Standard turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours, but rush delivery options are available upon request.

Payment & Delivery

Q: Payment Policy
A: Payment is due the day of the photo shoot.  No photos can be uploaded before payment is received.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards, and PayPal.

Q: How are my Photos/Videos Delivered?
A: When the photos/videos are complete I will send a Google Drive Link where your file will be easily downloadable.

Preparing for the Photoshoot

Q: How should I prepare my property for the shoot?
A: We recommend:

  • Cleaning and decluttering each room

  • Opening blinds/curtains for natural light

  • Turning on all interior lights

  • Removing personal items and pets from the frame

Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the shoot?
A: If it’s an outdoor or drone shoot, we can reschedule or proceed with interior photos. Cloudy days are still great for interior shots.
